Design, and functionality are both important facets of any kitchen, but especially in today’s environment, price is crucial. Pineland supplies brochures, containing standard sizes, thus allowing clients to make an initial estimate of costs.

When it comes to individual designs, these are then drawn by hand and reflect the clients’ requirements and ideas. Unusual size units, are not a problem, and priced on a simple pro-rate basis ( a 22 inch wide unit as a cost between that of a 20, and 24 inch unit). Costs vary with the size of the kitchen, and the number of appliances it contains. These vary from £2000 to £5000, typically then a kitchen will cost around £3500 to £4500. Separate quotes for solid Oak or Maple worktops can be provided, as well as sink and taps, but these are optional. While fitting and painting are not included, Pineland can recommend a small number of professionals to carry out this work, if a client requires.

All the doors and drawers are internally framed, and made using dovetail joints (drawers) and Mortice and Tenon joints (frames). These are made with 18mm, giving an estimated life-span of 20 years+.

Pineland Furniture offers a free design service, and draw everything by hand, listening carefully to the exact features that clients want to include. Almost all units can be made to any size, meaning that key focal points such as the cooker can be centrally located.

Pineland concentrate on their area of expertise; making excellent quality cabinets. They do not sell appliances, but need to know the make and model so that they can allow for them. They also allow clients to modify the design up to just 2 weeks before the agreed delivery date. Even the delivery date can be re-arranged, by giving 6 weeks notice.

All this is achieved in the typical price range of £2,000 – 5,000, and the price includes VAT and delivery to most UK mainland based locations.
