CLPM quantity surveying services

A contract administrator’s role is a contractual one ensuring the construction works are delivered as per the building contract. CLPM will be there to ensure your build team builds as per your designs and specifications, and at the cost and timescale agreed.

CLPM also aims to help clients to improve the energy efficiency of their homes. We believe energy-efficient homes also tend to be more comfortable. We focus on a fabric first approach.
