This upside down home design combines a traditional form with a contemporary interior layout and lots of glazing. The living area and kitchen are on the first floor with the bedrooms in the darker section of the house below. Large gable end windows and a balcony on the first floor, create a connection with the outdoors.

The kitchen is placed in the centre of the first floor with other rooms circling it. The kitchen also incorporates a large family room which has access to the balcony. A lobby at the back of the floorplan, houses a second stairwell taking you to a ground floor kitchenette, storage areas and a garage.

On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with en suite. The garage has a mezzanine level to be used for storage, or recreation.
