Bedroom decor ideas are less about the overall bedroom design and more about the finishing touches that a professional decorator, such as an interior designer, will use to turn a standard space into something more unique.

And although some of the more structural or fixed ideas will need to be considered at the start of your renovation, extension or self-build, others are easily implemented once you've decided on the overall look, colour palette or theme for your bedroom.
