Graven Hill, the UK’s largest self and custom build development, is hosting a show home launch event this weekend for aspiring house-hunters.
HexxHome includes energy efficient features such as solar panels, underfloor heating and a mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR) system, to deliver optimal heating and cooling requirements.

The event will also provide an opportunity to preview Graven Hill’s latest custom build homes, which are available to reserve with a bespoke choice of fixture, layout and finish options.
Karen Curtin, managing director at Graven Hill, said: “Saturday is set to be a real access-all-areas event. Not only will we be unveiling our first off-site masonry show home, but visitors will also have the opportunity to preview and reserve their dream home from our updated range of custom build new properties.”
The free-to-attend event will run between 10:00am – 4:00pm at Graven Hill Show Home, 19 Foundation Square, Bicester, OX25 2AQ.
The Future of Custom Build
Curtin added that custom build housing has the potential to transform the housing sector and “put the power back into the hands of the purchaser”.
She said: “With speed, efficiency and cost-effectiveness on their side, prefabricated methods of construction have certainly earned their place alongside ‘traditional’ housebuilding methods. They provide an ideal solution for those who wish to create a bespoke, low-energy home, without the hassle of managing a construction process.”
Earlier this year, Graven Hill hosted a weekend showcase which offered insights into self and custom build development, and it currently has a range of two and three-bed terraced homes available to view for immediate purchase.
