An event tailored to offering insight into custom build development is taking place this Saturday in Oxfordshire, and it’s free to attend.
Independent experts will be on hand to offer advice on everything from Help to Buy and mortgages, as well as legal considerations.
Those looking to reserve a property at Graven Hill will be able to register their interest in the latest four and five-bed custom build new homes, which will be ready to move into later this year. Should you be keen to self build, you will be able to enquire about the availability of serviced plots within the development.
The event will run between 10:00am – 4:00pm at Graven Hill Show Home, 19 Foundation Square, Bicester, OX25 2AQ.
The Future of Custom Build
Graven Hill is the UK’s largest self build and custom build community, featuring custom build and new homes which are priced to suit a range of budgets.
The first-of-its-kind site will house up to 1,900 homes which are due to be built within the next 10 years. The village will also include a network of cycle and footpaths connecting to the town centre, as well as a primary school and retail space.
Karen Curtin, managing director at Graven Hill, said: “For many people, the standard new build property just isn’t enough anymore. Our aim is to remove the need for compromise – ensuring buyers can own the house of their dreams in the perfect location. It’s time to take a new approach to the house buying process and put the power back into the hands of the purchaser.”
“Our first event of the year provides us with a brilliant opportunity to give a first look at the exciting new homes coming to the site this year. Custom build new homes offer a happy medium between new and self build homes, with the benefits of high-quality living space, tailored to suit individual needs.”
