I need to satisfy this condition but am struggling to provide the LPA the detail they want.

Notwithstanding the submitted plan, prior to commencement of the development on site, details of both the hard and soft landscaping works shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the LPA. These details shall include the means of enclosure, hard surfacing materials, planting plans noting the species, plant sizes, proposed numbers/densities, the details of the planting methodology and an implementation plan.

Unsurprisingly they didn’t take my picture of a couple of borders saying mixed flowers. 😮

I have been involved with a couple of commercial schemes which have had similar conditions. In both cases I used a landscape architect to prepare the specification. These sort of schemes are based on a plan showing there site layout with the hard landscaping areas identified and what is proposed. For the planting again areas are earmarked and for each a specification. This would typically list the plant names (inc in latin) and the plant density. Planting detail would be say x planted at 600mm centres in peat etc etc. A good nursery may be able to help.
