David is a fully qualified gas installer and refrigeration, air conditioning, renewables and ventilation engineer with over 38 years' experience.
He has a Master's degree in sustainable architecture and is an authority in sustainable building and energy efficiency, with extensive knowledge of building fabrics, heat recovery ventilation, renewables and heating systems.
Michael, one of the UK’s leading property experts, is Homebuilding & Renovating's Director of Content, Vice Chair of self-build industry body the National Custom and Self Build Association, presenter of multiple property TV shows, and author of Renovating for Profit. He is a regular speaker at Homebuilding & Renovating Shows across the country.
He also runs an architectural and interior design practice and has undertaken over 50 building projects. What's more, he has self built twice and renovated his own homes.
