we built a bungalow four years ago,trying to sell it now and surveyor says its non standard construction.News to us.the outer finish is cement and fibre board with Webber thin coat on top.We were told it was the best to have, has anyone else come up with this problem. They say that it has to be brick or rendered block to be mortgageable. Any advice will be much appreciated,thanks
