When IDSystems first opened its doors in 2000, there were just three members of staff, and most homeowners had never even heard the term 'bifold door'.

“In those early days, we were introducing people to a product that was almost entirely new to the UK,” recalls Edward Stobart, Technical Sales Manager at IDSystems. “We had to build awareness at the same time as growing the business, so our pioneering customers were rewarded with advanced timber and aluminium systems imported from Germany.”

Fast-forward 25 years, and the business has grown beyond recognition, as has demand for large, complex glazing solutions.
