This bungalow with hipped roof and attic bedrooms, was designed to make the most of a small plot. The design originally featured as a “Dream Home Challenge” project. The house was designed by Beverley Pemberton for Design & Materials Limited.
The ground floor features a kitchen-diner, sun lounge and living room backing on to the garden. A garage adjoins and there is a WC in the hallway. The house is raised above street level slightly and so there is a step down to the guest bedroom from the hallway. The guest bedroom features a dressing room and en suite.
The first floor is in the roof space. There is a large master suite with dressing room and en suite, a further bedroom and a bathroom. A galleried landing joins the first floor rooms and looks down to the living room below.
