H.D. Services use cable percussion drilling rigs to drill the chalk aquifer that underlies South East England.

Provided the hydro-geology at the site is suitable, they can abstract up to 20,000 litres of water per day without the need for an abstraction licence.

Water Supply boreholes are suitable for commercial enterprises such as fish farms or horticultural nurseries; or domestic properties where home owners do not want to see their garden wither and die.

Members of the Well Drillers Association since 1988, our senior staff have worked in the well drilling industry for more than 35 years.

They can install pressurised water supply systems for both commercial and private use and are experienced in the development of wells by acidisation, airlifting and clearance pumping. We can conduct pumping tests and install constant pressure systems.

Subject to analysis and suitable filtration, the water could also be used as a potable supply.

Founded in the ‘80’s, HD Services Ltd initially focused on the construction of water supply and soakaway boreholes and the installation of sewage treatment systems. They developed their own range of bespoke sewage treatment systems, the HD-SM, all designed for individual projects.

HD have been trading for nearly 35 years in the South East of England and have been installing Open-Loop Ground Source Heat Pumps, which utilise ground water as a heat source, since 2008. They are a fully MCS accredited company and subscribe to the RECC. Use of MCS registered installers means your installation may be eligible for financial support via the domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI).
