Who are Manorwood Joinery?

Manorwood Joinery are a UK company, founded in Salisbury, Wiltshire and this is where the administrative and manufacturing departments are based. They also have a sales office and showroom in Farnborough adjacent to the international airport.

As a company Manorwood Joinery will continue to expand, actively seeking alliances with other manufacturers and industries to ensure they bring their customers the greatest choice of quality products.

Timber Window and Door Production

Manorwood Joinery manufactures all its windows, doors / bi folding doors and curtain walling at their 20,000 square foot factory, based on the award winning Manor Farm Estate in Chilmark.

The factory has some of the most modern technology and currently operates Weinig and Biesse woodworking machinery. In addition to their own bespoke IT systems, they use only the latest industry standard software to ensure consistency at every level of the business.

Manorwood Joinery have their own spray shop where products are fully finished with water based microporous stains and paints.

Manorwood Joinery’s Commitment to the Environment

Manorwood Joinery take their environmental responsibilities very seriously. They take great care in the sourcing of raw materials, and their computer controlled machinery ensures that they produce the minimum of waste.

Any timber waste produced (shavings, sawdust etc.) is extracted to a silo, and then fed into a burner which converts the waste and makes self-sufficient in heat for the factory.

All factory paint and stain finishing is undertaken in a controlled environment, and Manorwood Joinery only use water based spray applied paints and stains, so as to minimise harmful effects to the environment in their manufacture process of all their timber windows, doors, wooden bi -folding doors and sliding curtain walling.
