Trac use the Helibeam System, manufactured by Helifix Ltd, for stress free structural reinforcement and repair of cracked and damaged buildings and structures.

The method has been used extensively on historic buildings, (including Gloucester Cathedral), and applies equally to both Brick and Stone construction.

The Helifix and Helibeam Systems use HI-Fin profile, helical stainless steel HeliBars, bonded into the masonry. They provide a cost-effective means of restoring structural integrity to a structure where the brickwork or masonry has lost it's load bearing capabilities as a result of ground movement, weathering or increased loads and stresses.

We are Helifix Approved Installersand will provide you with a fully detailed design and quotation, without obligation and generally without cost. In conjunction with Helifix, a 10 year insurance backed warranty is available for the work we carry out.
