Total Home Environment (T.H.E) was established in 1998 and having experienced a number of different ventilation and vacuum manufacturers, found that self-builders could be completely overwhelmed with the number of suppliers to project-manage during the build process. The company was therefore keen to provide customers with a “one-stop shop”.

Thus, T.H.E specialises in the design, supply and installation of central vacuum, heat recovery and heat pump ventilation systems in the residential new-build and renovations market. Clients can have one contact to support them with their build. We have CAD design, SAP and heat loss calculation services available.

T.H.E has chosen to be distribution partners of Genvex, a Danish manufacturer who have made heat pump and heat recovery ventilation appliances for 35 years. They are owned by the Schultess Group and have gained Passivhaus Institut Certification. Currently Genvex heat recovery ventilation appliances are SAP Appendix Q rated, with excellent results expected back shortly from the heat pump ventilation appliances.

T.H.E is also a stribution partner of Beam Electrolux, the original central vacuum, manufactured since 1957. Highly specified worldwide, (over 60% of homes in Canada) it has revolutionised healthy and sustainable cleaning for millions of home-owners.

The team incorporates Architects, Heat Loss Consultants and SAP Calculators to provide clients with the complete picture. T.H.E believe they have the best quality products and will also strive to provide the best quality service to all clients.
