I’ve bought an old house with a solid concrete floor downstairs. What’s the best method to insulate the floor without ripping it up? I’ve heard you can put down a product called Sempafloor.
We already have a 1 storey extension with a flat roof, built in the 1960's (so no plans are available).
I have recently had a water leak through my Artexed ceiling. I am thinking whilst repairing the ceiling of smoothing off the finish. The ceiling is 11 x 11ft. The ceiling has coving.
