We are currently on a renovation project, which will produce a 5 bedroomed, 3 bathroomed house (3 showers and 2 baths) covering approx 250 sq m. The mode of heating will be UFH downstairs and radiators upstairs. There will also be a woodburner on the ground floor.
We were wondering what would be the most effective and efficient way to service both the heating and water requirements? e.g Could we use a woodburner in conjunction with a conventional boiler/combi boiler together with an unvented pressurised cylinder system?
Is this an effective proposition or is there a more efficient and cost-effective proposal? Help!!
