Can anyone give a v. rough estimate on a loft conversion with a dormer window, 10ft x 10ft in a bungalow?

That's a very small loft conversion - or is it the dormer that is 10' x 10'? Loft conversion prices tend to start at around £12,000 and go on upwards to two or three times the amount.

We also need to move a garage back about 6ft but we've found out it's got asbestos in the roof - does anyone know how much this would cost? The garage is brick-built.
