We are at the initial stages of meeting a builder who is offering a new build 3 bed house for sale. It is not built yet but it has an asking price. We are completely new to this type of purchase. We are looking for advice on how to proceed. For example, do you make an offer on the project the way you would do if buying a house? Who do you go to to get independent valuation? What are the essentials do's and dont's? We know we need a solicitor from the start. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
