Jo and Peter Roberts have built an energy-efficient, eco-friendly house in their garden which proves that saving the planet doesn’t have to cost the earth. The new house has been designed to suit its location, and is not a daring architectural statement but a simple two bedroom home for Peter and his wife, Jo, designed to maximise passive solar gain from the sun and built using environmentally kind products right down to the water-based paints and timber kitchen units.

Many congratulations on a really nice house. I am thinking of something similar in my garden and I wondered if you could tell me what the overall length, width and height of your property is?
