Ensuring you have the right cover in place on a renovation project be it an auction purchase or your current home is essential as Buildings Insurance Policies are inadequate.

Extensions
Many home insurance policies exclude cover while a property is undergoing alteration, extension or renovation and a trades Public Liability insurance only cover negligent acts. Also if you have a Party Wall Agreement in place you really should seek advice regarding your contractual liability.
