Their service includes free advice and problem solving on all aspects of your build.

The Advanced Housing System self-build package includes everything required to take your project from design drawings, sufficient only for planning consent, through to a weather-proof shell complete with windows and doors, ready for trades to finish.

We also provide a full build service to any specified code level and have a build partner based near you who is happy to show you examples of their work.

AvalonTM SIPS - reconfigurable for your choice:

• The unique design of AvalonTM SIPS means we allow you to choose the thickness of the panel and the principal core insulation from their standard 200mm recycled glass fibre or its equivalent in wood fibre (Steico), straw ('Straw Bale' or 'StrawBale'), sheep wool (Thermafleece) and other advanced, sustainable materials.

• Building off-site using modern methods of construction makes AvalonTM SIPS cost-effective with high quality control, allowing a ready to decorate finish, erected in around 2 weeks on site, in a closed panel format complete with service cavity.

• Their standard panel comprises 184mm timber (PEFC certified) studs, 200mm recycled glass fibre, aerogels, Panelvent and Fermacell which makes it the highest performance and

   

• Environmentally sustainable SIPS available. We do not use the lower performing industry standard OSB/oil based insulation construction.
