Does anyone know if a 15cfm compressor would be sufficient for sandblasting oak beams? Thank you.

It will take you a very long time with a 15cfm compressor.....

You can't use sand as it is silicone based and causes silicosis
which is a form of lung disease caused by inhalation of silica dust.

My advice would be to call a proffessional, they will be much quicker and provide a nicer end result.
