Finished new bathroom in white and silver! Now planning to strip kitchen entirely and re-build from scratch!

I have bought a Tin Chapel and was wondering if you have an advice in general, but more specifically about insulation. What have you used and would you use it in hindsight? is it fitted internal, external, or both. Thanks Tony.
