End of Day 3

Ask the Experts stand was absolutely packed today - could barely get away for a brew. As ever, loads of really interesting questions which veer from eco-related stuff to design advice and plotfinding guidance.

I'm constantly surprised by  how beneficial it is for people beginning projects to take a step back from their plans for a while and really assess if they are truly what they are after. Sometimes going back to basics really is what's required, and sometimes a chat with an outsider to the project can help immensely.

Doing the show is a real adrenalin rush - and as a result there's very much a post-show comedown. An early tonight and tomorrow beckons!

WEDS 1533 - FINAL PREPARATIONS

It won't amaze you to learn that some of the seminar speakers are 'finalising' (i.e. writing) their seminars just 18 hours or so before the show itself starts.

For me it's a good chance to meet the self-build community, post myself on the Ask the Experts stand and see what kind of questions I get.
