Spare a thought for the poor unfortunates of this world. Estate agents, car salesmen, bankers and planning officers.
Planning Officers!
Yes, with applications down by around 27% many of our dearest friends may well be facing redundancy.

Living in a west facing house, the local planning officer let my neighbour build a giant conservatory that blocks the light to my kitchen for 100% of the day :/ not impressed. they can all go to hell afaiac
