Financing Solar panels

michael williams's photo

I'm seriously considering Solar panels on my roof , however as usual the initial cost is my main concern. Could any body tell me if there are schemes in place where I can obtain a zero cost or low cost loan to finance the project. Has any body worked out the pros and cons of borrowing money to finance such a project. In my circumstances I can just about squeeze in enough panels to generate 4Kw thus making the most of the feed in tarifs. Surely I'm not the only one thinking upon the same lines. I should be happy to receive any information.
Thanks Mick
